Reiki 1 Workshop

Reiki 1 Workshop
Facilitated by Rosemary Lowe

Reiki 1 is the first level of Reiki training. Reiki is a gentle but powerful healing therapy. It empowers your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels to bring harmony and balance into your life. Used throughout the world by people of all creeds and belief systems, Reiki is something that can benefit everyone. This workshop is not academically challenging and is open to anyone who wants to make changes in their lives.

Simply Reiki teaches Level 1 over two days, on a weekend and one follow up meeting (two hours).  Over the weekend the workshop starts at 10am and ends no later than 6pm each day. There are two tea/coffee breaks and an hour lunch break each day. Lunch is not included in the price. These workshops are not residential. Participants go home each evening. Within three to six weeks a follow up meeting will be held in the evening time, specific to the first level workshop, to include questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share experiences, the giving and receiving of Reiki.

The cost of a Reiki 1 workshop is 250 euro.  A deposit of 100 euro secures a place on the course. The balance of 150 euro is paid on the first day.
During these two days you are initiated to the energy of Reiki. You are shown how to use this healing art on yourself and how to share it with family and friends. Rosemary presents all of the information simply and you are given a class manual as a reference guide. Those who complete the course will receive their certificate at the follow up meeting.
