Yes, most definately I would recommend this Reiki 1 workshop, as it helped me so much.

I was feeling very low. My children had all grown up and I felt lost.

The benefits are many. I had been so depressed. From the first week I felt my spirits lifted. I have much more energy, and I find people just approach me and want to talk to me. I had a fear of flying but in March I flew to Spain and enjoyed every moment.

Rosemary Lowe was the facilitator of this Reiki 1 workshop. I found her to be a very easy person to work with, very interested and passionate about Reiki. I could relate very well to her and I would have no problem asking for clarification on anything I may not have understood. I would strongly recommend her as a facilitator.

I would recommend Reiki 1 workshop to anyone who is interested in “Quality Me Time”. I found it extremely relaxing and yet very refreshing. I think it is a great way to find ones true self. It gives you time to reflect on yourself, your relationships with others and issues that have come up for people throughout their life so far.

I feel I am calmer in the sense that I notice myself reacting differently to potentially stressful situations.

Yes, I would recommend this Reiki 1 Workshop. I found it fantastic. Rosemary Lowe is the most amazing and happy teacher you could have, she made me feel so comfortable in class/workshop.

Rosemary explained Reiki in an easy and professional manner, with laughter and many stories to share.

Reiki 1 has helped me so much, being a wife and working Mom to 3 children I felt I was chasing my tail all the time. I learned how to use the energy given to us all and also how to help friends and family.

Learning Reiki has made such a difference with stress, confidence, and many other problems in life. I have learned to relax and now sleep really good.

I found Rosemary a lovely person.

I was wondering if the teacher would be extremely spiritual, but what I found and liked was that she was an ordinary woman and wife and mother just like me.

She believed in Reiki so much that she wanted to share it with others.

I would recommend this Reiki course to anyone who is vaguely interested.
