Such were the enormous benefits I felt on both physical and emotional levels from just my first treatment, I went on to book a series of sessions through winter 2010 before going on to train to Reiki level 1. Infact I once walked several miles in a snow blizzard to keep an evening appointment with Rosemary which should give you an indication of the value I place on her treatments. I have been attending Rosemary for the past four months with truely amazing results. I originally suffered from low energy levels, I would wake up in the morning feeling tired and the afternoons were a struggle to get through. Having attended a few sessions the difference is amazing. I am full of energy and well able to take on the day. I suffered a very bad injury to my wrist and arm in a sporting accident. I attended physiotherapy for weeks with no real improvement. Rosemary also practices quantum touch and within an hour my injury totally healed. I am still in shock at how well it worked. The first time I received a Reiki treatment I was suffering from a recurring depression.

I was so fed up with the hopelessness I was feeling that I would have tried anything and so I went along for a Reiki treatment with an open mind as I figured I had nothing to lose.

The very next day I felt a huge shift in my depression and have not looked back since.

Nowadays, I receive Reiki treatments for pure relaxation and some quality me time.

During the treatment I become so blissfully relaxed that at times I tend to nod off.

Afterwards I always have the best night sleep and always feel re-energized and refreshed the following day.

With so many of us leading such fast paced hectic lifestyles nowadays, I find Reiki is a well deserved treat for my body and me.

During my Reiki treatments I felt a little nervous and uncomfortable at first but then I began to relax. As the treatment continued I felt very light and almost fell asleep. Afterwards I felt that I had renewed energy and was able to do what I had to do easier.

I have been involved in teaching Reiki for over ten years. During that time I have trained many people to the teacher training level of Reiki.
